I called and the first girl I spoke to was too stupid to even ask my why I called. Instead she ‘drunkenly’ asked me if “they’d like… Messaged” me “or something”.
She proceeded to finally get my account information and then asked me more irrelevant questions. Finally I just interrupted her and asked her the same question I asked when her dumb ass answered the phone: “Can I PLEASE speak with DJ OR Michelle!?” Then – finally – the idiot decides to say, “Well… Uhm… Like, if you can like… tell me why you’re calling – that way I can like… Let her… Uhm… Know what the call is about… Uhm…” I told her what the issue was. A few minutes pass and she takes me back off of hold and claims that, “Michelle is talking to someone else right now, so just uhm… Like answer the uhm… Last message she sent you.” I rolled my eyes and hung up, as her ‘resolve’ was defeating the purpose of the phone call. SO! I go back to emailing the woman I was trying to resolve the issue with in the first place. She asks for certain documents and information. I provided them. BUT! Instead of fixing the issue as she said she would, she asked me totally irrelevant questions about ‘who is so-and-so’ and ‘why is this like this?’ No matter who I or my associates speak with they refuse to do their jobs. It took 3 weeks for them to get back to us about our shipping account. THREE WEEKS, of non-responsiveness and laze. And time is money. To make a long story short, she’s a power-hungry, bitch who can’t and WON’T even half-ass do her job. I WILL be speaking to their supervisors VERY soon about their misconduct and overall stupidity.
I DO NOT recommend this site for anyone who is seriously trying to get anything shipped or moved, OR to anyone who is trying to ship or move things for people.
Unless, of course, you like idiots handling your valuable information and your tangible goods. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Hell, I’ve had more luck and met more professional people on Craigslist! And that… Is a sad truth.
